Looks like /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd consider all running *httpd as it's
processes. (Local apache pids were in answer on '/sbin/service httpd status').
So i guess we may wait until
`23 0 * * * <RT apache restart>`
Now it is 06:01:42.
