Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14350 (project freeciv):
You can already set waypoints in at least the Gtk client, for instance for
[G]oto by pressing "G" again while the mouse is at the desired waypoint
location, and similarly with other commands like the connect commands. I'm
not aware of a mouse-only way of doing it, though.
