Do you have extremely good reasons to change it in S(table)2_2 branch? I
really, really, hate it how new features creep in making release cycles to
take several years instead of about an year which was stated as goal at some
point.
There will be 2.3. New features should be postponed to it (and it should be
released after shorter release cycle than current)
