Details:
A multiline UI string that has a CR after the backslash will force a newline
in that position in the UI. Good examples are the nation legends: in trunk
f.e. Amazigh and Bosporan.
Do we want to add better handling of CRs in the code, or just make all
ruleset files use proper unixy newlines?
