After some inspection it is obvious that this is not caused by Freeciv, but by some spambot. From some URL it has found out that metaserver takes "server_port" variable and now it tries to send its spam message as value to that variable hoping that it would get somehow published. This is not a critical problem (as spam messages are not getting through) but quite a nuisance anyway.
