Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17354 (project freeciv):
I have hack access level (also check with /cmdlevel). I think that there is
something wrong with the order of the messages as seen if I include additional
log messages (forgot it last time)):
You are logged in as 'matthias' connected to Matthias.
/load: Name "./citizens.sav.gz" disallowed for security reasons.
/vote: Your new vote ("load ./citizens.sav.gz") was not legal or was not
recognized.
Established control over the server. You have command access level 'hack'.
The game is loaded without problems ...
