Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19761 (project freeciv):
Came as part of r16299 (patch #1476) that added fc_assert() that uses logging.
I don't see any fc_asserts() inside logging itself, so I assume this was added
just in case, not for real case. I think it has to go, and we just have to be
very careful not to create potential recursive logging in the future.
