Details:
1. Do some research
2. Go to science dialog
3. Change research -> you now have 0 bulbs researched
4. Restore previous research (during same turn) -> you have same research as
you had in the beginning of the turn
5. See how research progressbar is animated to fill from the left to correct
value.
This visual clue seems wrong as research is not taking place now, but is done
already during previous turns.
