Details:

Add "value" to reach for achievements. What it means depends on achievement
type. Initially only "Map_Known" achievement type uses it - value means
percentage of map to be known for achievement to be granted.
Increased max number of achievements to 10 as it now makes sense to have
several achievements of the same type (but with different value). This is
demonstrated in experimental ruleset with two "Map_Known" achievements - first
one is granted when 20% of the map is known, and second when entire world is
known.
