Summary: civ2civ3: happyborders disabled Project: Freeciv Submitted by: bardo Submitted on: mié 02 abr 2014 15:26:03 UTC Category: None Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Planned Release: _______________________________________________________ Details: In the readme it says that happy borders are disabled by default, it was a mistake to keep it enabled in game.ruleset. My tests to adjust the governments and wonders were always made with happy borders disabled, and I like it this way because it is easier to notice when your city revolts due to military unhappiness, as soon as the unit takes his first step out of the city, while there is still time to go back. Also, it makes the unhappiness caused by land units more similar to naval or air units. However, if people prefer it enabled by default, or if it could affect AI in a negative way, we can just remove the related line in the readme, instead. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: mié 02 abr 2014 15:26:03 UTC Name: civ2civ3-happyborders.patch Size: 476B By: bardo <http://gna.org/patch/download.php?file_id=20462> ------------------------------------------------------- Date: mié 02 abr 2014 15:26:03 UTC Name: civ2civ3-happyborders-S2_5.patch Size: 476B By: bardo <http://gna.org/patch/download.php?file_id=20463> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/patch/?4642> _______________________________________________ Mensaje enviado vía/por Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Freeciv-dev mailing list Freeciv-dev@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/freeciv-dev
