Follow-up Comment #7, bug #21849 (project freeciv): Right, my problem with gtk2 looks the same than bug #19921 for gtk3.
If I set a very high animation time, I see a big delay and then instant movement. If I do e(X)plore on an Explorer unit, I do not see it move through the intermediate tiles. It instantly appear in the final tile. I tried to install gtk3 client, and I can see the unit intermediate movements, but then my game crashes when I open a city window. I'll open a different ticket for this one, with the related output errors. This is the list of my installed packet versions, in case it helps (prerequisites from INSTALL file): - pkg-config 0.26-1ubuntu4 - libglib 2.38.1-0ubuntu1 - libatk 2.10.0-2 - libpango 1.32.5-5ubuntu1 - libgtk 2.24.20-1ubuntu1 My system info: - kubuntu 13.10 (64 bits) - kernel 3.11.0-19-generic - kde 4.11.5 - intel HD graphics 2500 _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?21849> _______________________________________________ Mensaje enviado vía/por Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Freeciv-dev mailing list Freeciv-dev@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/freeciv-dev
