Details:
There are two ways to scroll the map - intelligent and fast: center the map at
cursor position with a right click, and (moldy): the scroll bars.
Next Generation should be, move the map, along with the mouse cursor, on left
click and hold. The OSM way. Easier with big maps, fast BITBLK, and gives a
better grip.
Cursor form shows (already) where left click is possible w/o interaction.
