Just a couple of days before planned 2.5.0-RC1 release date our 2.5.0
status is like:

Bugs: 5 listed as open, and of those 2 "Ready For Test" and 1 is
actually already fixed in S2_5, open just for other branches

 The remaining 2:

bug #21851: Possible memory leak in city dialog (in X server?)
    - I've spent considerable amount of time on this with no resolution
bug #20598: Something funny with "Ready" checkboxes in pregame screen
    - We have no way to reproduce at the moment

 Patches: 11 - 5 = 6

patch #5806: Internet gfx to large buildings set
    - The only S2_5 missing gfx ticket affecting Amplio2
patch #4936: More thorough civ2civ3 help
    - 2.5.0 part ok?
patch #4650: Split single input xx.po file into translations/*/xx.po
patch #4420: [Metaticket] Art required for 2.5
    - Open for 2.5.0 because patch #5806 is
patch #4190: [Metaticket] Split translations to multiple po-files
patch #3793: [metaticket] Help updates for 2.5.0

 Total: 15 - 7 = 8
