That's about 66% correct.  It's not ONLY "Browser" but also the freeciv-web 
Android app available from the play store.  I'd like to use Chrome instead of 
whatever is currently being used as the renderer for the Android app.

Though I'm not sure what the app does, perhaps it does nothing though I'd 
assumed(given the size) it has cached content.
