curl_easy_unescape() and curl_easy_escape() needs 7.15.4. But see bug #23824
_why your implementation of the function to get the handle differs from one in
netfile.c in that the handle is in module scope (directly accessible by all
functions) rather than function scope?_
Should I change it?
