Details:
In order to speed up the creation of complex scenarios being able to form
groups of properties would greatly help. For example inserting groups of techs
into a nation or buildings into a city. Currently you have to insert them
manually one by one or in the case of tech do it cumbersome as mass transfer
over diplomacy .
