Details:
Attached patch drops msys1 Windows Installer files from the tarball. They are
kept in svn for the time being just in case. However, consider it part of the
patch to review that installer/ directory in svn will be renamed as
installer_legacy/ to make it clear that it's not the one to use any more in
3.0.
