Details:
Rename automake variable CLIENT_GUI_GTK_3_X as CLIENT_GUI_GTK_3_22.
After S3_0 branching the old name will reappear for a separate client, but the
base for that work needs to be name of gtk3.22-client (that is needed in both
S3_0 and TRUNK-S3_1)
