Details:
Gtk log silencing is in gtk3-client as a workaround to warnings that we can't
fix properly because of older supported gtk+ versions. Gtk3.22-client should
have proper fixes, and not that log silencing functionality.
S2_6 version of the patch removes the functionality from gtk3.22-client.
TRUNK version of gtk3.22-client never had the functionality, but man page
erronously claims it has. TRUNK patch corrects only the man page.
