 There should be one just before release - when all translations
should already be in.
 I don't like running update-po when translators may have some local
modifications not yet committed. I think this is easier for
translators, as it avoids conflicts between translator modifications
and update-po when translation is finally committed.

 Above means that I'm not forcing update-po to any language now. But
if some translator wants me to run update for their language, just let
me know.

  One global update-po is soon needed at trunk. Running update-po
takes currently very long time since the po-files are so outdated.
Update-po is required as part of testing 'make dist' and 'make
distcheck'. If someone wants me not to commit update-po to their
language file, let me know.
