Is there a way to remove this last occurence of the contents of the BUG_URL
constant in the source? This is data/helpdata.txt line 55.

Its not update-po I think (at least a have no file with this name) but a
normal update will do; people are just slow in updating the translations
(including me).

Thats worse. Whats wrong with http://bugs.freeciv.org/ , its not misleading
right now? Will this be defunct at some time?
