We're making (hopefully only) one more 2.2 release before it's time for 2.3.0. String freeze for 2.2.5 begins Feb 20 and it will be released weekend 26-27:th. I'll update po-files in http://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/translations/S2_2/ within next couple of hours, and again when string freeze begins.
As for 2.3.0, we are releasing either one more beta (beta4) or first release candidate late March.
