A while ago we dropped the ability to edit the nation colours. This omission was raised in BR#2527 Usability issues, and I think it is a fair point. It is certainly a bit hard on users with some degree of colour blindness that they can not change things to something more personally usable. Short of editing hex values in the resource files that is. ISTR some bugs with the colour editing, but was that the reasoning for dropping the functionality?
