Yes, we have quite a few of you showing up.  Here is the standard boilerplate:

  Welcome.  Getting started as a FreeCol contributor is summarized at

  infrastructure lives at the sourceforge site
  https://sourceforge.net/projects/freecol/.  Once you have checked
  out the source there is more developer documentation in the doc/
  directory.

If the bug is `open', it is available.  I suggest coordinating who works on 
what amongst your colleagues, perhaps with comments on the report as suggested
