My partner and I were working on this bug right now. We set it so that in
classic
the horses can in fact eat the fish. What I was going to try to do was make it
so that
in the FreeCol rules, the horses would also be able to eat fish. My reasoning
for this is
I feel that the FreeCol rules are there to be an expansion of the game rather
than
a modification of the basic rules of Col. We would then make a mod that would
keep
the fish out of the stables for anyone who wants to keep it so that horses do
not consume fish.
Would this be an acceptable solution?
