I had some annoyances with my dual monitor setup. And made a patch to fix
them:

-Freecol now prefers to start on the monitor where the mouse cursor is,
instead of always on the primary screen.
-Don't always reserve 32 pixels for insets when fullscreening, a secondary
monitor can have zero inserts.
-Explicitly maximize window if in windowed mode, since that removes the
window borders on my KDE setup.
-When switching from windowed to fullscreen, go fullscreen on the window's
current screen, not on the primary screen.

Patch:

For some reason java says that neither of my screens is fullscreen-capable
in the initial setup, both before and after my patch. Must be a java bug. I
can fullscreen after the game has started.
