I agree that BR#2328 could be closed, and I probably would have done so,
except I have twice closed similar bugs only for another version to
reappear.  Furthermore, I suspect the general problem is underlying
BR#1738, BR#2047 and possibly BR#2120, BR#2690.  If I am right that is
nearly 10% of our open bugs:-), and as you can see from the age of the first
one, this problem has been with us for a while.

Quite so, its worth checking from time to time.  FTR I last checked on
Cortado and MigLayout at 0.11.0.  The CLI and sound jars are not connected
to any open bugs so I have not bothered with them for some time.  I have
no idea what version of the installer we have, so feel free to update it
if you want to.
