When investigating FreeCol BR#2816 I discovered that the Bryce's Challenge mod was using the 'extends="freecol"' attribute, which should only be used by full rule sets and not by mods. I removed the attribute in git.2bc2436 which appears to have fixed the bug. Please advise if this was the Right Thing or not.
