I have one more suggestion: The default accelerator key for the Center Action should be "C" instead of "control C". I have seen that it is "C" in the original Colonization, i think we should conform that. And this Action is used a lot (by me at least). And "control C" is better for clearForest Action, because a "C" can be easily pressed accidentaly, but "control C" is not likely to be pressed by accident.
