I can only think of the Panel options, and the initial price options
which are explicitly added.  These dynamic options are a special case ATM.
Everything else should be in the in data/base/client-options.xml --- if you
can point to something missing I will consider it a bug and fix it.  The
intent is that that file have complete coverage, as you suggest.

OK, another button on that panel will not hurt.

I think that is what we do ATM.

There never is.  Most of my time ATM is going into testing a large messy
game.

I keep toying with the idea, or even of having nightly builds.  The
build part is easy... dealing with the bug reports with even less precise
version information is what gives me pause.

Always an option.  Check the release dates for 0.10.6+7  and 0.11.0+1 :-).
