Hi, I prepared the commit with all those data from SVN now, but I already had to do a huge rebase and then a crash while pushing. Please, refrain from committing for a few minutes while I retry!
I can not promise completenes, because its been a while ago when I did the deduplication and I also deleted stuff where I felt copyright problems could arise.
