1) Identify few local Champions/Enthusiasts. 2) Start a local Lug. 3) Show them how FOSS communities Work . 4) How to ask Questions on the List. 5) Buy in Management Support. 6) Share real world examples of peers getting Jobs just because they had FOSS on there CV. 7) Show ways to contribute eg: filing a Bug could be a good start . 8) Also but not least how to Stay away from M$ bashing at be productive.
