CH#57 is TV. I missed going to start training in Boulder with Ralph, but I can start anytime (I happen to be in town).
It can be either just a technical thing as a knob twisting, button jockey. Or you can make it something pretty interesting with editing and production. As far as I know, there is no class fee here (boulder). The project is funded by the city and privately and manned by volunteers. I was unaware that Denver was billing the resident users. Just as a side interest, someone may care to find out if the city is funding the cable trust with tax dollars and also charging the municipal users. It could be that the entire operation does not support itself and is chartered to operate with user funding. But then it wouldn't really make sense to exclude non-residents. Most of the cable trusts that I have worked with get the commercial contractor to provide all of the facilities except real estate for access studios. It is their perk and they don't pay for its operation, but do use it.
