I think if your problem with apt is resolved manually, the problem with libpam-modules should go away. Plinth would upgrade, then it would remove the customization we did to /etc/security/access.conf (part of libpam-modules) and then libpam-modules would be upgraded by unattended-upgrades one day after that. Not sure what the issue with default-mysql-server is. I don't recollect any apps in FreedomBox using mysql server. Perhaps you have a manual change to configuration and need to manually handle the upgrade of that with 'apt dist-upgrade'. -- Sunil
