FSF.

The GPL's idea, beside making software a free, is protection the
developers from unfair use their working - when companies like Microsoft
silently use _your_ work in their products without even mentioning about
this. Do you know, that MS uses zlib? zlib is covered only by BSDL, which,
unlike GPL, doesn't require to make free all derivative works.

Licenses are written by lawyers and for lawyers. Lawyers thinking is
different from all other peoples.
