Hi all,

I would advise not only to keep a good antivirus updated (preferrably on a
daily basis as I do), as well as anti-spyware programs such as SpyBot
(www.safer-networking.org) **and** SpywareBlaster
(www.wildersecurity.net/spywareblaster.html) .

The first program removes spyware programs from the computer; the other one
blocks spyware from being installed into the computer.

Both are reliable, on both senses: they are not spyware programs travested
as anti-spyware ones and they are really able to do their job, as they
promise.

In case you don't want to take my word for it, I suggest you do a little
research on the web about them.

The bad news is that they aren't automatically updated; I suggest you update
them on a daily basis. They themselves provide means to be updated, i.e. by
clicking on some buttons.

Henrique
