speaking about bugzilla, do you know more about the (at least for me except for the weekly nags) broken automatic email notifications?
I did the test you asked for a couple months ago but you never came back to it.
I haven't been able to figure it out. Sometimes it sends email, but most times it does not.
Still trying to track it down, but I'll admit (sheepishly) that I haven't worked on it that much. Sorry.
