I am releasing the next FreeDOS Beta9 version, Release Candidate #5,
within 24 hours. Only as cdrom (plus a bootdisk), not a full diskette release.
the final Beta9 will have diskette release though.

any last minute updates are still welcome.

At least the following updates are welcome, if/when ready:
*Fdisk fixing the "SCSI DISK not detected" bug I found in Vmware
*HIMEM of 18-apr-2004 compressed, to replace HIMEM 2.11 from Tom's official package.
*DOSFSCK updated release, including Lucho's fix (already have the binary, but source
is outdated)
*DEBUG, fat32 updates.

I also ask you people to start the 1.0 todo-list discussion again in a day or two,
just after
this next distribution has been released.

thanks,

your interim release coordinator (LOL!),

Bernd

PS: an updated ODIN would be nice for non-cdrom systems.
