"Quite big" - how much?! (I hope, you don't mean full distribution,
which includes sources, fortran, Win16, Win32, OS/2 etc parts?)

"FreeCOM without /p allows EXIT" is similar to MS-command.com.
Difference is in kernel behavior - MS-DOS tries to automatically restart
command.com before it asks to enter path to shell.
