I found Win32 and OS/2 host installations. They list no DOS version, but they speak about it. In the separated zip-files you will find some DOS executables and libs though. I guess it does exist, but there just doesn't seem to be an installer for it. One would have to download the right zip-files and unzip these in the right places. Then some configuration and environment settings, and everythink might just work. :) If anyone else here is already running OWC on a DOS host, then it would be great if he/she would supply some howto, or zip a working installation to share with others. I would certainly appreciate it!
