In western world like US, maybe someone will think "carry out the law"
is most important, but for Chinese, money is most important, so the
local businessman will consider money as major reason.

In our case, we're not decrypting the ROM data, just trace the how the
code run and make sure our own program won't conflict with it, will
this break the US law? I'm no law expert so I really not sure.
