I've been having trouble with one of my computers where SYS creates an incorrect boot sector for my hard disk. I sent the boot sector to Eric and he told me it was a CHS bootsector, but my hardisk is in LBA mode and the BIOS recognizes this. Win98 SYS works find (too bad it can't create a FreeDOS bootsector :)).
I think what is needed is SYS option to force creation of an LBA bootsector.
