Dear Jack or Johnson Lam,

So far I used UDMA.SYS 8.0 or UDMA2.SYS 2.5, but now I wanted to give
XDMA a try. But XDMA completely refuses to load on my trusty ThinkPad
770. It spits the message: "EDD BIOS error; driver NOT loaded!". I read
the manual, but probably didn't fully understand. I'm not booting from a
CD-ROM drive and use MS-DOS 6.22.

UDMA.SYS and UDMA2.SYS work fine on this machine and speed up things
greatly.

Can you help? :-)

Best regards,
Robert Riebisch
