To the best of my knowledge, Michal, not Michael, Necasek doesn't work on
DOS problems with Open Watcom. He will accept patches for the DOS
environment if they address a bug or are otherwise a useful enhancement,
and the submitted code follows the style guide.
Seems like you'd get the best mileage posting your bug report here on the
list. Most of the people who do DOS work on Open Watcom are aware of
FreeDOS and vice versa. If nothing else, someone might verify the
problem(s) and post to the OW bug tracker if duplicated.
