This is not original sources, this is decompilation (reverse
engineering) of TP6 IDE (TP.EXE). And because TP generated code is highly
regular (because TP' optimizer is almost missing), this allows to decompile
into .pas files most parts, which relate to IDE (and which use TurboVision),
but not compiler (which sources remains as .asm files).
