COM port mice are the exception now, so allowing MSys mode means
that a mouse driver is loaded at a place where no mouse exists
(and no mouse will be connected to the COM port later either)
which is much worse than reporting a wheel or a 3rd button in a
situation where hotplugging has allowed the user to change the
mouse to a mouse which has only 2 buttons and no wheel...

I will send each user of a mouse which cannot do better than
MSys protocol a copy of an old ctmouse version myself :-p.
Even Alain thinks that he is the only remaining owner of
such a mouse at all.

Sounds good as a name for "enable old mouse systems protocol" :-)

Thanks :-)
