The license for this is GNU GPL. Anyway i wouldn't put my time in this one. I don't think multitaking in FreeDOS using this technique would have ever worked (been stable). If anybody would have still had the energy, the way to do multitasking in FreeDOS would have been, according to me, a port of qemu running on a multithreading kernel.
