Interrupt 21h is provided by DOS. The list you link to contains BIOS  
functions as well as DOS functions (and a heap of others).

Why do your mails contain your address in the Reply-To field? Doesn't that  
create redundant traffic to you (assuming you properly subscribed to the  
list)? Should we drop it?
