Done! I've added the news item about Format 0.92a. I deleted the FreeDOS Format 0.92 announcement and created a news item for this Format 0.92a announcement. I should have kept the 0.92 news item, to track the history-- I should not make website changes before coffee. :-) Instead, I copied/pasted the 0.92 announcement into this one.
