I agree with you that there should be a link at the FreeDOS website to the latest FDT24xx versions - as FD13 is miles away from FDT2409.
There were so many updates (thanks to Jerome who followed my hints among others) that replaced absolutely outdated programs to new one
- so I always wonder if it is necessary that bugs are still reported that were fixed in the last two years.
Last summer I ran through https://sourceforge.net/p/freedos/bugs/ , (sort for "Updated Z-A") found a lot of proposals where nobody was interested in
and proposed to close in about 40 outdated tickets. I even found proposals for updating the source code and e.g. russian NLS files
that were never implemented. Till today nothing happened at sourceforge. Some commands have a lot of proposals and bug messages, e.g. tickets:

and I am sure there are copies of these tickets at gitlab etc. So it would make sense to close outdated tickets and move others to ONE position, otherwise the overview
goes lost.
